Senior Finance Manager, Data & Insights role at T-Mobile. Partner with FP&A teams to identify business needs, clarify requirements, and translate them into analytical deliverables for a broad range of stakeholders Investigate issues with curiosity; answer why, not just what, to drive business transformation Support operational and financial reporting through data curation, automation, and ad hoc analysis Build models, frameworks, and visualizations that clarify outcomes and drive action by leaders Collaborate with forecasters, data engineers, analysts, and product owners to enhance data pipelines and tooling Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, or Engineering 7+ years of experience in analytics, finance, or data strategy roles Proficiency with SQL and large datasets; experience optimizing code and ETL pipelines; Python experience is a plus Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Streamlit Ability to navigate ambiguity and turn loosely defined ideas into high-leverage outcomes Strong communication skills with the ability to distill complexity and adapt messaging to the audience Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive cross-functional workstreams Legally authorized to work in the United States Travel
Travel Required: No Compensation and Benefits
Base Pay Range: $94,300 - $170,200 Corporate Bonus Target: 20% The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The actual starting pay will vary based on location, qualifications, and experience. Regular, non-temporary employees are eligible for annual bonuses or incentives, based on role and performance.
