The Senior Finance Manager, M&A plays a critical role in evaluating and executing strategic transactions that drive long-term growth and value creation for T-Mobile. This role partners closely with Corporate Development, Finance and Business Unit Leaders to assess deal economics, support due diligence and post-merger integration planning including synergy realization & tracking. The Senior Finance Manager will provide subject matter expertise for FP&A functions on synergy capture & operationalization of integration plans. The ideal candidate will bring strong financial acumen & effective partnering, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of valuation, deal structuring, and risk assessment. Job Responsibilities

Financial Evaluation of Transactions : Review and help develop detailed financial models to assess the impact of potential M&A transactions, including scenario modeling, and synergy estimation. Support Strategic Decision-Making : Partner with Corporate Development and senior FP&A leadership to evaluate strategic fit, financial returns, and risks associated with potential deals. Provide clear, data-driven recommendations to executive stakeholders. Conduct Financial Due Diligence : Coordinate and support financial due diligence on target companies, including analysis of historical performance, working capital, revenue recognition, and cost structures. Identify key financial risks and opportunities. Drive Post-Merger Integration Planning : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integration plans, track synergy realization, and ensure alignment with financial goals and reporting structures. Develop Executive-Level Presentations : Prepare and present investment memos, board materials, and financial summaries to senior leadership and other stakeholders. Develop M&A integration FP&A playbook : Develop best practice for T-Mobile FP&A integration, evangelize across community. Other : Represent FP&A M&A in various assigned and adhoc projects. Education and Work Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, or Engineering 4-7 years of experience in Analytics and Planning 2-4 years of experience in Wireless Telecom or similar subscription-based work experience Extensive experience as a Subject Matter Expert in business case development, complex financial modeling (Preferred) Experience with forecasting/analyzing cash flow (Preferred) Experience in forecasting/budgeting/internal reporting in a publicly held company (Preferred) Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role.
