Senior Salesforce Administrator - Data Cloud role at Addison Group. Serve as the subject-matter expert for Salesforce architecture, data model, and security. Proactively recommend enhancements and new capabilities to support long-term business strategy. Design, build, and maintain declarative automations (Flows, Process Builder retirement, Approval Processes) and custom Apex triggers, classes, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). Create and manage complex reports, dashboards, and analytics for leadership and cross-functional teams. Perform advanced configuration including custom objects, validation rules, and record-sharing models. Gather and translate sophisticated business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Lead requirements workshops, document user stories, and create technical specifications. Guide solution architecture for integrations with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs or middleware. Oversee large-scale data imports/exports, deduplication, and data-quality initiatives. Implement and enforce security policies, permission sets, and role hierarchies. Conduct regular security and health audits to maintain compliance. Drive end-to-end project lifecycles: planning, development, testing, deployment, and post-release support. Collaborate with business leaders to prioritize backlogs and manage sprint deliverables. Mentor junior admins and provide technical guidance to cross-functional partners. Provide tier-2/3 support, resolving complex issues and debugging Apex code where needed. Monitor new Salesforce releases, evaluate features, and coordinate adoption. Lead end-user training sessions and develop best-practice documentation. Perform additional tasks as assigned by Business Systems leadership to advance the Salesforce ecosystem. Qualifications
Must be proficient in administration of complex Salesforce instances. Knowledge of Salesforce as it relates to Business Development, Customer Experience, Operations, and Marketing processes. Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication skills and high attention to detail. Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field. 5+ years of experience in a Salesforce administrative role. Familiarity with relevant programming languages is a plus. Proficiency in other technologies is a plus. Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud is a huge plus. Details
