Position Overview Responsible for providing small group intervention support, staff development, data analysis, and lesson modeling to enhance student achievement.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Valid Texas Teacher Certificate or out-of-state equivalent.
Bilingual Spanish Certification.
Two years of teaching experience preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with district curriculum, including accommodations for diverse learning styles.
Assess student learning styles and modify instruction accordingly, collaborating with special education staff as needed.
Manage classroom environment and student behavior in accordance with district policies.
Engage in ongoing professional development and participate in faculty meetings and committees.
Maintain open communication with parents, students, and colleagues.
Assist in data-driven decision making to improve instructional strategies.
Additional Details
Position may be Title Funded.
Reports to the Building Principal.
Workdays: 195 days.
Exempt, full-time position.
Salary based on the district's compensation plan.
