Responsibilities
Manage and supervise staff (RBTs and BTs) to ensure high-quality ABA service delivery.
Conduct functional behavior assessments, develop individualized treatment goals, and create evidence-based intervention plans.
Lead family and caregiver training to empower ongoing ABA strategies at home.
Collaborate with therapists, educators, and other professionals to integrate holistic care for clients.
Compensation & Benefits
Total Compensation: Base salary $85,000–$95,000 with quarterly performance incentives up to $12,000 annually.

Your Role as a BCBA

Qualifications
