Role Overview We are seeking an experienced
Senior Enterprise Architect
(20+ years IT, 10+ in EA) with deep expertise in healthcare IT. The role involves driving strategic technology and security initiatives, aligning enterprise architecture with business/clinical goals, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, HITRUST, etc.). The ideal candidate will lead capability modeling, application portfolio rationalization, and adoption of emerging technologies (including Generative AI) while orchestrating integrations across Fairview’s ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Lead
business capability modeling
and align IT with business strategy. Drive
application portfolio rationalization
and modernization roadmaps. Define and implement
enterprise architecture strategies
and integration frameworks. Ensure compliance with
HIPAA, HITRUST, NIST, HITECH , and other healthcare regulations. Provide
governance and leadership
across architecture initiatives. Core Expertise Healthcare IT compliance, security, and interoperability (HL7, FHIR, DICOM). Application modernization, data management, and analytics. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Certifications preferred: TOGAF, AWS/Azure Architect, CISSP, Zachman. Generative AI Skills Hands-on experience with GenAI platforms (Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI). Understanding of AI/ML workflows, ethical AI, and governance frameworks. Soft Skills Proven leadership in large, complex IT/healthcare environments. Ability to bridge business and technical perspectives. Seniority level
