Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for students Provide counseling and support services tailored to individual student needs Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to address students mental health and academic challenges Develop and implement IEPs in partnership with school staff Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to a supportive school environment Provide training and resources to teachers and staff on mental health best practices Address crises and provide intervention as needed
