Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure effective communication of business needs Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness Develop comprehensive documentation of business requirements and functional specifications Lead projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards Maintain communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project status and managing expectations What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience Proven experience as a Business Analyst and Project Manager with a successful track record of project delivery Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
