$60,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr Responsibilities
Graduate from our Agent Launch — an 86‑day launch that teaches you all you need to know to be a successful Realtor in today's market. The average agent closes (or pending) 3.4 transactions during this time; a seasoned agent closes about 9.3. Work with buyers to find the perfect home, write the offer, and get it accepted. Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria. Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients. Work with sellers to go on listing appointments, convert and market the home. Learn a proven listing presentation, how to be a local expert, market properties, and help your sellers net top dollar. Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours per week, make appointments, and convert. Conduct three open houses monthly. Participate in team activities per team standards, including client events, script practice, dialing, door knocking, and social media. Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching, training, and partner calls. Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology. Qualifications
REAL ESTATE License People oriented Driven Will show up to the office 3 days or more each week Positive, friendly attitude Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in their car Ability to analyze clients’ needs and wants and match them to homes Learning based & coachable Ambitious with proven ability to succeed High school graduate Team player 3+ years of real estate sales experience (must be licensed) Organized Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues Excellent time management skills About the team
