About The Company
Our client is an operationally focused private-equity firm investing in companies across specialty manufacturing, food/beverage manufacturing, healthcare products, environmental services, and chemicals. The Finance Associate will support fund accounting, portfolio valuations and monitoring, and investor reporting. Responsibilities
Review and approve quarterly and annual financial reports. Review management fee calculations, fund-level waterfalls, and expense allocations. Review investor capital allocations, statements, capital calls, distributions, and notices. Assist with quarterly valuation processes, including review of valuation models and data input. Prepare investor and due diligence requests with the fund administrator and IR. Review deliverables with the fund administrator. Prepare portfolio company and fund-level reports for internal and external stakeholders. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in finance or business. 4-7 years of relevant private equity experience. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. CPA qualification is a plus. Salary Range
