About the Role
- This position will be responsible for overseeing quarterly and annual provision as well as federal and state income tax. Experience with C-corp and Partnership taxes including working knowledge of CorpTax and OneSource is a plus. The ideal candidate would be a CPA with a minimum of 6 years of experience in a large corporate tax department or public accounting firm. This position offers a hybrid work schedule and strong work/life balance as well as a competitive salary and benefits. Responsibilities Manage the corporate year-end and quarter close process for income tax provision Assist with M&A activities Review federal, state, local and partnership returns Directly supervise tax staff Assist leadership with tax planning and strategy Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting or tax CPA 6 years of public accounting and/or industry experience Seniority level
