$5,014.00 - $6,276.00 C New to State candidates will be hired into the minimum salary of the classification or minimum of alternate range when applicable. Responsibilities
Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in assigned workloads and respond to program stakeholders under supervision of the Staff Services Manager I. Maintain an assigned inventory of accounts matched with various child support intercepts to determine appropriate actions. Initiate and respond to questions from insurance companies, attorneys, financial institutions, employers, CalPERS, SSA, program participants, Local Child Support Agencies (LCSAs), and other government agencies to maintain updated account statuses and ensure stakeholders have the necessary information. Generate documents in the Child Support system(s), track resulting collections, and provide input into process improvements, procedural and training updates, and system enhancements. The position requires a Background Investigation to be cleared prior to hire. Qualifications
