Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Perform general ledger reconciliations and journal entries Support month-end and year-end close processes Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies Coordinate with external auditors and support audit activities Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives Mentor junior accounting staff and support team development Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred) 4+ years of progressive accounting experience Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, SAP) and Excel Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Generous PTO and paid holidays Seniority level
