A growing global financial institution is seeking a Senior Corporate or Entity Accountant to manage the accounting and financial reporting for their U. S entity. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate and timely financial statements, maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, and support month-end and year-end close processes.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee IFRS reporting and ensure compliance with both domestic and international accounting standards
Oversee U.S. entity-level accounting, financial reporting, and general ledger management
Prepare and review financial statements for corporate entities in accordance with GAAP
Manage general ledger activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis
Coordinate month-end and year-end close processes across multiple entities
Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements and internal controls
Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and analysis
Collaborate with tax advisors on entity-level tax preparation and planning
Qualifications
4-7 Years of corporate or entity accounting experience within a hedge fund, asset management, or venture capitalist firm
Knowledge of regulatory filings and reporting requirements with the SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission), NFA (National Futures Association), and CFTC (Commodity Futures Trading Commission)
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
