The Director, Account Management, is a centralized role tasked with driving Influencer strategy and client management within OMG’s dedicated managed service product, Creo. The core responsibility is leading a group of Account Management professionals, managing client/agency communications, presenting campaign strategy and campaign reporting, and serving as the key point of contact throughout a partnership lifecycle. The role serves all OMG agencies across the organization, working with clients and IATs on the execution and amplification of Creator campaigns. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (Marketing/Advertising/Communications preferred) 7+ years of experience within Influencer and preferably media environments Hands-on experience managing Influencer campaigns and client management with blue-chip companies Experience working on client business in retail and consumer packaged goods is preferred Experience managing direct reports Account Management
Assist in leading communication for OMG, OMC, and Creo clients, including proposal development, commercial agreements, and client communication from initial briefing to completion Communicate influencer marketing within the digital/paid media ecosystem and aid in the operationalization of service offerings and value positioning tied to the media environment Lead client communication across the influencer campaign lifecycle from identification to campaign reporting, conveying stages clearly to clients Articulate workback schedules and coordinate internal and external deliverables to keep timelines on track Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, serving as the primary contact for mid-level client contacts Practice Excellence
Maintain a pulse on the influencer landscape and industry trends, and communicate impact to client business Partner with OMG COE platform teams and channel stakeholders to implement best practices across functions including asset development, media amplification, commerce, and measurement Required Skills
Deep understanding of Influencer marketing and ability to align brand narratives with Creator-led storytelling Strong agency account management background and comfort leading internal and external conversations Understanding of the Influencer ecosystem including paid and organic roles and responsibilities across platforms, including creative development, talent perspectives, best practices, and measurement Excellent relationship building with internal and external stakeholders Strong communicator and presenter with ability to deliver persuasive and cohesive presentations Highly analytical with ability to evaluate campaign performance for optimization and client reporting Creative-minded with ability to translate social trends and influencer archetypes to client objectives Understanding of budget maintenance, client billing, payment workflows, and contract negotiations High integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation Critical thinking and problem solving for implementing new processes Strong business acumen and ability to make impactful decisions timely Leadership with comfort providing feedback and developing employees Compensation and Benefits
The pay range provided reflects the current posting. Compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, qualifications, and geographic location. Benefits include health, vision, dental insurance, 401(k), Flexible Spending Accounts, vacation/sick/personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STD/LTD insurance. Compensation Range:
$90,000—$215,000 USD This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. In-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. The number of required in-office days may be adjusted over time based on business needs.
