Perform duties in general accounting, expenditures, accounts payable/receivable, budget support, and financial reporting Supervise and participate in accounting unit operations Classify and record accounting transactions, reconcile accounts, and prepare financial reports Assist in cost distribution, overhead rate determination, and technical accounting tasks Utilize accounting software and tools to maintain financial records Minimum Requirements
12 semester or 18 quarter units of accounting coursework, including advanced or governmental accounting One year of technical accounting experience at the level of Accounting Technician I, OR Two years of accounting clerical experience Additional Information
Applicants may be hired initially for up to 90 days under emergency order, with potential for permanent employment based on performance. The role supports efforts to address homelessness and related health issues in LA County. Qualifications & Skills
Valid California Driver's License or alternative transportation Physical ability to perform light lifting and mobility tasks Application Process
