Senior Staff Accountant
to join their growing organization in Maitland, FL. This is a full-time, onsite role ideal for a proactive professional with a background in accounting operations, history working in the construction industry and QuickBooks Online (QBO). Responsibilities
Manage AR/AP and general accounting operations Enter and oversee material orders in QuickBooks; track percent of completion Process payroll for contractors and manage reconciliations (bank accounts) Handle bill entry, use tax, and 990 reporting Support project oversight with financial tracking and reporting Collaborate cross-functionally across departments Perform detailed job costing analysis to ensure accurate allocation of labor, materials, and overhead to construction projects. Prepare and maintain monthly Work-in-Progress (WIP) reports, including revenue recognition, cost forecasting, and variance analysis. Qualifications
Must-Haves:
Extremely strong proficiency with QuickBooks Online (QBO); Construction Industry experience including job costing and Work-In-Progress. Nice-to-Haves:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; Prior experience with construction or project-based financial tracking. Self-driven, highly motivated, and organized Compensation
Salary: $70,000 – $85,000 DOE Year-end bonus potential About the Company
