Accounts Receivable Operations (up to $30/hr)
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Operations Assistant to join our team. Job Duties
Ensure accurate and timely processing of $60M daily cashiering and deposits, including student payments and incoming mail
Perform payment research and reconciliation to identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors
Sort and process incoming mail, including checks, invoices, and other financial documents
Perform data entry and maintenance of financial records and systems
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless and efficient financial operations
Required Skills
2-3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable
Experience with payment research and reconciliation
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proficiency in Banner or a relevant software
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Nice to Have Skills/Experience
Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance
Professional experience within a higher education setting
Familiarity with student accounts and tuition payment systems
