Senior A/R Invoice Specialist
The Senior A/R Invoice Specialist supports financial operations by managing high-volume accounts receivable processes. The financial department processes a high-volume of invoices on a growing team.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform daily transaction postings for sponsored and general receivables
Lead resolution of payment issues including unidentified wires and return requests
Analyze AR data to support audit readiness and financial accuracy
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely and accurate financial processing
Support monthly close processes and ensure account reconciliation
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in an accounting, finance, or related business area
3+ years of accounts receivable or accounting operations experience
3+ years of customer service experience in a finance or accounting role
Experience processing a hi-volume of invoices, at least 150 a day
Preferred Experience & Skills:
Experience using SAP, Coupa, Concur or a similar software
Knowledge of sponsored research or nonprofit/government funding structures
Ability to manage sensitive financial data with discretion
