Raytheon has an exciting opportunity for a Digital Program Lead (DPL) in the Air & Space Defense Systems (ASDS) Strategic Business Unit. The successful candidate will serve as a DPL and Product Owner as part of a Scrum Team for a portfolio of programs. This role requires on-site presence in Woburn, MA and relocation is available if the selected applicant meets company policy criteria. What You Will Do
Manage projects leveraging Agile methodologies Iteration planning, setting iteration goals, facilitating team ceremonies (i.e. daily stand-up) Manage the team backlog, drive product strategy and implementation Facilitate Program Increment (PI) Planning meetings Engage and manage stakeholders and customers Measure and drive success of initiatives Analyze metrics and drive continuous improvement Facilitate road mapping, planning, and alignment Ensure cross-team and cross-functional coordination Prepare and deliver effective communications (both oral and written) Effectively and efficiently track, mitigate, and resolve issues, risks, and blockers Manage costs, schedules, and budgets Keep management apprised of progress and ensure alignment Lead cross-functional stakeholder engagement across a portfolio of programs Serve as an Agile Subject Matter Expert (SME) and as a training/learning resource within the DT organization Support the development and execution of the material Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for growth, sustainment, compliance and digital transformation Partner with engineering and proposal teams to capture requirements, create executable plans, and ensure effective program support across functions 100% onsite Qualifications You Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, MIS, Engineering, Math, STEM field; or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Typically requires 8 years of related experience, or a master’s degree with 5 years of related experience Transferable U.S. government-issued secret security clearance prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance Experience as a Scrum Master or Product Owner Experience with Jira or Confluence Qualifications We Value
PMP and/or PMX/CMX Certification highly desired; SAFe Scrum Master and/or SAFe Product Owner certifications highly desired Expertise in project management, risk/opportunity analysis, cost analysis (CAM), and performance tracking across complex programs Ability to tailor agile methodologies to the team’s needs Ability to coach/mentor team members on agile practices In-depth understanding of software development, systems integration, DevSecOps, Continuous Improvement and testing processes through the full program life cycle Strong leadership skills, adept at motivating teams, managing large portfolios/backlogs, and influencing senior stakeholders Active Top Secret Clearance preferred, with experience supporting classified and government contracts What We Offer

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
