Responsibilities

Develop long-term relationships with customers to ensure high adoption, retention, and satisfaction

Strategize with clients to meet and exceed their target goals and ROI

Handle escalations and facilitate issue resolution across departments

Track and drive key client metrics such as usage, health, CSAT, and net promoter scores

Serve as a subject matter expert in the R365 platform and maintain accurate records in Salesforce and Gainsight

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager or equivalent in a SaaS-based company

2-3 years of experience in accounting and/or restaurant hospitality or equivalent

Previous experience implementing and/or supporting Restaurant 365 software

Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Strong organization and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Gainsight or other customer success management platforms

Familiarity with Monday.com or other project management software

Knowledge of Freshdesk or other ticket management software
