What to Expect
Maintain good customer health for an assigned book of business
Manage client renewals and execute ongoing improvement plans
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure desired outcomes
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities while mapping customer stakeholders
Conduct enterprise contract renewal negotiations and track results from action plans
What is Required
5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role in the enterprise software industry
Familiarity with MS Office and Gainsight
Strong ability to build customer relationships using remote communication tools
Analytical mindset with the ability to drive insights and adoption recommendations
Must be authorized to work in the United States
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree preferred
8+ years of knowledge of the insurance industry or SaaS experience
