Logitech is seeking an entrepreneurial and innovative

Sr National Account Manager - Social Commerce

to lead the development and growth of our presence on emerging social commerce platforms. This role will focus on building Logitech’s TikTok Shop from the ground up and expanding into other social platforms, such as Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest, to establish Logitech as a leader in social-first shopping experiences. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution to create and manage effective social commerce initiatives. They will work closely with internal teams and external partners to drive engagement, sales, and brand visibility on these platforms while leveraging data insights to refine and scale efforts. Key Responsibilities

TikTok Shop Development:

Help build and launch Logitech’s TikTok Shop from scratch, defining the strategy, roadmap, and execution plan. TikTok Shop Content:

Create engaging product assortments curated for TikTok’s audience, incorporating platform-specific trends and consumer behaviors. Collaborate with TikTok representatives to optimize shop features, promotions, and visibility. Building Social Commerce Across Platforms:

Identify opportunities to expand social commerce initiatives beyond TikTok into platforms like Instagram, Facebook Shops, Pinterest, and emerging channels. Develop tailored strategies for each platform, aligned with audience-specific behaviors and trends. Leverage platform tools (e.g., Stories, livestream shopping, influencer partnerships) to maximize sales opportunities and drive engagement. Content and Campaigns:

Work with creative and marketing teams to develop platform-native content that showcases Logitech products in innovative and engaging ways. Design and manage promotional campaigns (e.g., flash sales, influencer partnerships, product drops) to drive traffic and conversion on social commerce platforms. Collaborate with influencers and ambassadors to amplify product visibility and social reach. Performance Analysis and Optimization:

Set KPIs for social commerce initiatives, measuring performance metrics such as engagement rates, traffic, conversion, and sales. Use data insights to refine product assortments, platform strategies, and campaign success. Regularly monitor ROI and suggest actionable improvements to grow revenue and optimize spend. Cross-Functional Coordination:

Partner with internal teams including e-commerce, marketing, product, analytics, and creative to align social commerce strategies with Logitech’s overall objectives. Ensure brand consistency across all platforms while tailoring content to fit social commerce audiences and trends. Trendspotting and Innovation:

Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies in social commerce platforms. Experiment with new features and formats, pioneering approaches to build Logitech’s presence in this rapidly evolving space. Identify early opportunities with emerging social commerce platforms to position Logitech as a leader in social-first shopping. What Success Looks Like

Establishing Logitech’s TikTok Shop as a benchmark for social commerce success, driving significant engagement and sales growth. Expanding Logitech’s presence into other social commerce platforms with strong performance metrics and innovative campaigns. Creating data-driven social shopping strategies that result in measurable ROI and continuously enhanced platform performance. Strengthening Logitech’s relationships with key platform representatives (external and internal), ensuring maximum brand visibility and partnership success. Compensation

This position offers an OTE (On Target Earnings) typically between $128K and $286K, dependent on location and experience. In certain circumstances, higher compensation will be considered based on business need, candidate experience, and skills. Work Model and Culture
