Sales Enablement position supporting Crown Castle's Enterprise Sales team. The ideal candidate will help design and then implement/oversee field enablement initiatives that will collectively improve seller and team success. This role will: Establish a set of core metrics and reporting to be implemented and produced regularly to enhance seller and sales team productivity. Engage in selling tasks such as responding to client requests for pricing, qualifying opportunities, coordinating and participating in client meetings, and submitting orders for booking. Work directly with Regional sales to identify administrative work to offload, like preparation for Quarterly Business Reviews, weekly/monthly team meetings, and customer meetings, allowing sales leaders to spend more time in the field and coach sellers. Responsibilities Qualify requirements with clients (in coordination with sales teams) to efficiently generate quotes and process customer orders with high accuracy and within targeted timeframes, utilizing various platforms including email, client documents, and third-party systems. Identify a set of core metrics and related reporting to inform sales leadership and assist in the coaching of sellers and support teams. Create and maintain opportunity records in CRM systems, ensuring proper documentation from initial opportunity through contract generation. Initiate communication between sales teams, clients and other Crown departments to help expedite the sales process. Identify and handle administrative activities for sellers and sales leaders, helping reduce their operational workload to enable more time for customer engagements. Coordinate and prepare materials for weekly team meetings and monthly district reviews, including agenda preparation, speaker coordination and action item tracking. Prepare and report on 90-day district activity plans, helping ensure alignment across teams to track progress against key initiatives. Prepare weekly activity summaries and basic reports for sales leadership review. Education/Certifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience Experience/Minimum Requirements Two (2) or more years in sales, sales enablement or sales support experience Telecom experience preferred Expectations Strong organizational and time management skills Basic understanding of enterprise telecommunications solutions, including Ethernet, IP, SD-WAN, Dark Fiber, and DWDM Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Teams Working knowledge of Microsoft Power BI or Tableau preferred Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Engage with customers face to face at their workplace or off-site location. Compensation The pay range offered for this position is $31.54 - $43.37 per hour. Offers consider experience, role-related knowledge, education, internal alignment, and location.
