Responsibilities

Prospect to build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline

Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas

Maintain accurate account and opportunity forecasting in Salesforce.com

Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key customer contacts

Collaborate cross-functionally to win complex deals and expand Fictiv’s reputation in the industry

Qualifications

Minimum of 8 years of proven track record in sales, meeting and exceeding targets

Experience in the medical device industry, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations (FDA, ISO 13485, MDR, etc.)

Ability to represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events

Strong verbal and written communication skills

BS/BA degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

Experience driving consultative, solution-based sales within strategic industry verticals

Proven expertise with modern sales tools (CRM, Sequencing, Prospecting, Collaboration)

Demonstrated ability to quickly build a new pipeline and manage forecasts effectively

Experience with Total Addressable Market (TAM) and Serviceable Available Market (SAM) analysis

Background in manufacturing and supply chain industries
