The Crisis Hotline Counselor will handle immediate crisis intervention calls, lethality assessments, provide counseling and support, assess the needs of callers, and provide appropriate resources. The role also involves documentation, and collaborating with other team members to ensure comprehensive care. Qualifications

Experience in mental health or social work Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work under pressure and handle high-stress situations Empathy, compassion, and strong interpersonal skills Bachelor\'s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field is preferred Previous experience in crisis intervention or helpline roles is a plus Details
