We are looking for a motivated
Sales & Account Executive
to join our team and help us expand our client base in the corporate events market. This role combines
new business development
with
account management , making it perfect for a results-driven professional who thrives on building relationships and closing deals. Responsibilities
Prospect and generate new corporate event leads through networking, outreach, and partnerships Manage the full sales cycle from inquiry to signed contract Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, venues, and event planners Create and present proposals/quotes using our rental packages and services Collaborate with our production team to ensure smooth event execution Track activity, pipeline, and results in CRM Attend local networking events and trade shows to represent Longhorn Productions Qualifications
2+ years of B2B sales experience (event production, AV, hospitality, or related field preferred) Proven success in hitting or exceeding sales targets Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Highly organized, self-motivated, and client-focused Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus What We Offer
Base salary + commission with OTE of $80K–$100K Growth opportunities with a fast-scaling company Access to industry events and networking opportunities A supportive team passionate about event excellence Opportunity to make a real impact on how companies experience events Location
Position is based in Round Rock, TX (Remote position available). Some travel for events and client meetings will be required. Seniority level
