This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and driven channel professional to take ownership of partner growth and sales success across the East Coast. As a key player in a fast-paced environment, you'll be responsible for expanding the reseller channel, driving net-new revenue, and enabling high-impact partnerships through targeted go-to-market strategies. You'll collaborate closely with internal sales teams while developing scalable, repeatable processes that deliver measurable business outcomes. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ownership-driven roles and enjoys building from the ground up.

Accountabilities:

Build and manage relationships with value-added reseller partners in the East Coast territory, owning the full reseller sales motion Drive revenue and pipeline growth through joint go-to-market strategies and partner-sourced opportunities Activate and enable partners through tailored training, planning, and co-selling activities Collaborate with internal sales teams to align efforts and close partner-influenced deals Monitor and report on partner pipeline health, sales forecasts, and performance metrics Identify gaps in partner coverage and execute a recruitment strategy to onboard new, high-potential partners Promote scalable, repeatable processes to ensure long-term success within the channel ecosystem

Requirements

Minimum 7 years of experience in partner or channel sales, preferably in a quota-carrying role with direct partner engagement Proven track record of building and executing GTM strategies with value-added resellers Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt messages to different audiences Comfortable evangelizing technology within partner organizations and translating technical value into clear business impact Skilled at cross-functional collaboration and relationship-building across internal and external teams Results-oriented with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset and a high level of adaptability to fast-paced, high-growth environments
