What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing for assigned accounts and territories

Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas through effective sales strategies

Conduct impactful sales presentations and demonstrations of digital pathology solutions

Build and maintain strong relationships with dermatology clinics to identify needs

Develop and execute a territory growth plan that aligns with the organization’s priorities

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in healthcare, diagnostics, or SaaS

Strong understanding of dermatopathology workflows and digital solutions

Proficiency in CRM systems, with HubSpot preferred

Ability to discuss EMR integration and digital platforms confidently

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in dermatology, pathology, or lab settings is strongly preferred

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively

Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written

Familiarity with market trends and emerging technologies in the healthcare sector

Consultative sales approach and strong technical aptitude
