What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Develop and maintain professional relationships with existing clients and prospects at all levels of an organization
Handle complex contract negotiations with multiple clients simultaneously
Acquire in‑depth knowledge of the employer's solution offerings and the competitive landscape
Collaborate with internal teams to secure large enterprise engagements
Achieve sales targets and exceed quotas through effective negotiation and client acquisition
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree or higher
At least 6‑8 years of individual enterprise‑level sales experience
Proven experience selling into healthcare providers
Ability to travel up to 50%
Familiarity with MEDDIC sales processes and Salesforce.com

Track record of leading teams to achieve breakthrough results
Experience managing complex contract negotiations
Strong history of exceeding quarterly team quotas through metric‑based skill development
