Overview
We’re looking for a strategic, results-driven Reseller Sales Executive to lead our State and Local Government (FSLG) vertical. You’ll be responsible for expanding our presence across agencies and municipalities, driving new business, and delivering high-impact IT solutions that meet compliance and operational mandates. Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales plans targeting SLG agencies across Ohio Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities Customize messaging and presentations for SLG decision-makers Align with internal technical teams to deliver tailored solutions Maintain light CRM records and meet quarterly sales targets Leverage vendor programs and MDF to maximize outreach Qualifications
3+ years of experience selling IT solutions to state and local government agencies Strong understanding of public sector procurement, compliance (e.g., HB 96, NIST, HIPAA), and funding cycles Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills History of working closely with GSA and State of Ohio contracting authority, capable of developing new agreements and managing existing Familiarity with vendors such as Cisco, SentinelOne, Digital WD, Axis, HP, Lenovo, and Microsoft Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment Competitive base salary + commission Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Collaborative, high-performance team culture Opportunity to shape strategy in a growing vertical Job Details
