Compensation:
In 2024, the average incomes for Judge Salespeople were:
37% earned over $250,000
35% earned between $150,000 and $250,000
14% earned between $100,000 and $150,000
14% earned between $75,000 and $100,000

Job Responsibilities:
Research, market, and effectively present our services to new and existing clients
Develop new business through meetings, presentations, cold calling, conferences, and referrals
Expand and maintain existing client relationships
Maintain a pipeline of 10-15 client meetings weekly, including Zoom presentations
Secure qualified job opportunities from clients
Minimum Requirements:
2-3+ years of business development or recruiting experience with proven success
Traits: energetic, competitive, confident, persistent, money-motivated, hunter/farmer mentality
Experience with local mid-market and/or national accounts
Strong communication and presentation skills
Bachelor's degree preferred
