Sr. Account Executive – Judge Technology Solutions
The Judge Group is seeking experienced, competitive, and self-motivated Account Executives to join our expanding team across North America.

Compensation:
Average incomes in 2024 for Judge Salespeople:
37% earned over $250,000
35% earned between $150,000 and $250,000
14% earned between $100,000 and $150,000
14% earned between $75,000 and $100,000

Job Responsibilities:
Research, market, and present our services to new and existing clients
Develop new business through in-person meetings, presentations, and referrals
Expand and maintain existing client relationships
Maintain a pipeline of prospects and conduct 10-15 client meetings weekly, including Zoom presentations
Secure qualified job opportunities from clients
Minimum Requirements:
2-3+ years of business development or recruiting experience with a successful track record
Key traits: energetic, competitive, confident, persistent, money-motivated, and a hunter/farmer mentality
Experience with local mid-market and/or national accounts
Strong communication and presentation skills
Bachelor's degree preferred
