Position Overview:
We are seeking an Account Executive for our San Luis Obispo, CA territory, covering San Luis Obispo and Santa Maria. Responsibilities include promoting and selling fiber services to business customers through cold calling, networking, mailing, and door-to-door canvassing. You will present and sell our full range of products including voice, video, and data services.

Daily Responsibilities:
Sell fiber internet, voice, hosted voice, and related services to business accounts in assigned areas. Target enterprise prospects with advanced network needs. Process orders accurately and support installation scheduling. Complete paperwork thoroughly and accurately. Maintain knowledge of products, promotions, and offers. Provide excellent customer service. Submit sales claims timely. Operate professionally with integrity.
Qualifications:
2-4 years managing business accounts in sales or customer service preferred. 1-2 years experience in canvassing or cold-calling small to medium businesses. Strong communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Ability to work independently. Detail-oriented with good follow-through. Discretion with confidential information. Frequent driving, walking, bending, reaching; occasional weather exposure. Ability to lift 20 pounds regularly. Flexible working hours between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m., 7 days a week.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Compensation:
Base salary: $60,000 - $65,000 plus uncapped commissions and bonuses. Targeted commissions: $21,600 annually with potential for higher earnings.
