Position Overview: We are seeking an Account Executive for our San Luis Obispo, CA territory, covering San Luis Obispo and Santa Maria. The role involves promoting and selling fiber services to business customers via cold calling, networking, mailing, and door-to-door canvassing. You will also present and sell our full range of products including voice, video, and data services.

A Day in the Life:
Sell Astound business services, including Fiber Internet, Voice, and Hosted Voice
Focus on enterprise prospects with advanced network needs
Process orders and ensure accurate entry within 48 hours
Coordinate installations and complete paperwork thoroughly
Maintain knowledge of products and promotions
Provide exceptional customer service
Submit sales claims timely
Operate professionally with integrity
Qualifications:
2-4 years managing business accounts in sales or customer service preferred
1-2 years experience in canvassing or cold-calling small/medium businesses
Strong communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently
Detail-oriented with follow-through skills
Ability to handle confidential information
Frequent driving, walking, bending, reaching
Occasional exposure to weather and uneven surfaces
Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
Flexible working hours between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m., 7 days a week
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent
Compensation: The base salary ranges from $60,000 to $65,000 plus uncapped commissions. Targeted commissions at full attainment are approximately $21,600 annually, with potential for higher earnings.
