Overview
Sales Executive, LoopNet – Omaha, NE Position Overview: As a Sales Executive with LoopNet, you will be part of a growth‑oriented, innovative company and represent the industry’s most sophisticated digital advertising and marketing solutions. You will partner with owners and brokers to develop a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to showcase and differentiate their portfolio of properties online. Key to success will be building long‑lasting, service‑oriented client relationships, advising on product frequency, reach and brand efficacy, and highlighting return on investment using our analytics and reporting capabilities. You will leverage CoStar Group’s deep knowledge in the Commercial Real Estate industry to build your client portfolio by prospecting, studying industry trends, and conducting effective product demonstrations. We provide extensive training to equip you with product and industry knowledge to build market credibility, represent our brand, and achieve career success.
Key Responsibilities
Relationship Management – Through consultative sales methods, build relationships with clients to drive advertising revenue and become a trusted advisor on their strategic marketing plan. Business Development – Use CoStar Group’s extensive property data to prospect new clients, drive sales and close new business. Teamwork – Partner with colleagues across LoopNet and CoStar to drive sales revenue. Business Industry Acumen – Develop subject matter expertise in digital advertising strategies, commercial real estate and market trends within your territory. Customer Focus – Deliver outstanding customer support through regular, value‑added communication, sharing market insights and offering solutions that help clients achieve their goals. Relationship Building and Prospecting – Conduct regular in‑person meetings (travel may be required beyond your driving radius). Basic Qualifications
A completed bachelor’s degree from an accredited university. 4+ years of successful full‑cycle sales and account management experience in a B2B environment selling CRE, digital advertising, marketing solutions, AdTech, PropTech, FinTech, financial services, business intelligence or data & analytics. Demonstrated commitment to prior employers and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets while emphasizing customer experience. Current and valid driver’s license and satisfactory completion of a Driving Record/Abstract check prior to start. Preferred Qualifications
Success in building long‑term relationships with clients at senior/C‑Suite levels. Ability to analyze data, build reporting, and make strategic recommendations based on market data and performance metrics. Regular access to an operational motor vehicle prior to or by start date; flexibility to adapt to a high‑growth environment. Self‑starter who can work both independently and in a team.
