Run regular status meetings, document next steps, and drive accountability with internal and client teams
Coordinate resources across creative, strategy, technology, and offshore support for seamless project delivery
Manage project timelines, proactively flag risks, and resolve issues to keep campaigns on track
Facilitate creative review cycles and ensure client feedback is integrated into deliverables
Oversee quality assurance, troubleshooting, and final approvals to ensure flawless execution
Foster strong, collaborative relationships with both internal and external partners
You Have:
3–7 years of account management, client service, or related agency experience (digital marketing or email program experience preferred)
Proven ability to lead meetings, manage projects independently, and serve as a trusted client advisor
Polished communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to present updates and complex information clearly
Strong organizational skills with exceptional follow through and attention to detail
Proactive mindset, you anticipate needs, identify risks early, and act quickly to resolve issues
A desire to collaborate and be a team player, eager to support colleagues and drive collective success
Technical acumen or curiosity; familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Marketo, Adobe) is helpful, but a willingness to learn is most important
