Senior Account Manager role at Critical Mass. You will work with high-profile clients on digital marketing initiatives, lead campaigns, and own client relationships in a collaborative, creative environment. You Will
Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for client communications and campaign updates Lead the execution of large-scale email marketing programs across multiple brands Run regular status meetings, document next steps, and drive accountability with internal and client teams Coordinate resources across creative, strategy, technology, and offshore support for seamless project delivery Manage project timelines, proactively flag risks, and resolve issues to keep campaigns on track Facilitate creative review cycles and ensure client feedback is integrated into deliverables Oversee quality assurance, troubleshooting, and final approvals to ensure flawless execution Foster strong, collaborative relationships with both internal and external partners You Have
3–7 years of account management, client service, or related agency experience (digital marketing or email program experience preferred) Proven ability to lead meetings, manage projects independently, and serve as a trusted client advisor Polished communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to present updates and complex information clearly Strong organizational skills with exceptional follow through and attention to detail Proactive mindset; you anticipate needs, identify risks early, and act quickly to resolve issues A desire to collaborate and be a team player, eager to support colleagues and drive collective success Technical acumen or curiosity; familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Marketo, Adobe) is helpful, but a willingness to learn is most important What We Offer
