Dataiku is looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our team. This is an individual contributor position, newly added due to business expansion.
Responsibilities
Manage the entire sales cycle and own a territory with prospects and customers across a variety of industries.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product management, and sales engineering to showcase the business value of Dataiku’s platform, Dataiku DSS.
Engage prospects and customers about their initiatives to help them develop a more efficient approach using Dataiku.
What you’ll need to be successful
7+ years of experience in software field sales
Customer-centric selling philosophy with a consultative approach
Background in selling innovation and new concepts to large enterprises
Ability to develop a vision match with prospects and customers, align across groups, and cultivate champions
Strong articulation of competitive positioning
Comfortable traveling 30 to 50%
Experience in data-related areas (big data, analytics, data science, BI/DW, data integration) is desirable
Early start-up experience is a plus
Compensation and Benefits The final compensation package for this role will be determined during the interview process and is based on factors including geographic location, internal equity, education, skill set, experience, and training. Eligible roles may be entitled to commission or other variable compensation through Dataiku's incentive program. Dataiku offers comprehensive benefits including stock options, medical, dental, and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, pre-tax commuter benefits, a 401k company match, paid vacations and sick leave, paid parental leave, employer-paid disability coverage, and other health and wellbeing perks. Dataiku reserves the right to amend or modify benefits at any time.
US base pay range: $140,000 – $150,000 USD.
