Providing no-, low-, and full-code capabilities, Dataiku meets teams where they are today, allowing them to begin building with AI using their existing skills and knowledge. Dataiku is looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our team. This is an individual contributor position, newly added due to business expansion. We’re seeking someone who can express passion about new technologies and the possibilities of Data and Advanced Analytics to enterprise customers across a range of industries within an extensive network. This role consists of engaging prospects and customers about their related initiatives to help them develop a more efficient approach, leveraging our platform, Dataiku. As an Enterprise Account Executive at Dataiku, you’ll be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle and own a territory with prospects and customers across a variety of industries. We embrace a culture of accountable camaraderie, and this role will enable you to collaborate cross-functionally with colleagues in marketing, product management, and sales engineering. You’ll showcase the business value of Dataiku’s platform, DSS. Responsibilities
Manage the entire sales cycle for a defined territory across various industries. Engage prospects and customers to understand initiatives and demonstrate how Dataiku can improve efficiency. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product management, and sales engineering to articulate business value of the Dataiku platform (DSS). Own and develop a strategic plan to achieve targets and grow the customer base. Qualifications
7+ years experience in software field sales Customer-centric selling philosophy with a consultative approach Experience selling innovation and new concepts to large enterprises Ability to develop a vision match with prospects, align groups, and cultivate champions Strong articulation of competitive positioning Willingness to travel 30 to 50% Experience with data, big data, analytics, data science, BI/DW, data integration (desired) Early start-up experience is a plus Compensation and Benefits
The final compensation package for this role will be determined during the interview process and is based on geographic location, internal equity, education, skill set, experience and training. Eligible roles may include commission or other variable compensation through Dataiku's incentive compensation program. Dataiku offers comprehensive benefits, including stock options, medical, dental, and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, pre-tax commuter benefits, a 401k company match, paid vacations and sick leave, paid parental leave, employer-paid disability coverage, and other health and wellbeing perks.
