We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our client\'s team in Palmetto, Georgia. This hands-on role requires a strong HR Generalist and HRBP background with at least 5 years of experience supporting manufacturing or related industries. You will partner closely with engineering, sales, and marketing teams, balancing strategic HR initiatives with day-to-day execution.
Responsibilities
Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals and provide coaching on workforce planning, organizational development, and change management. Manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and engagement initiatives. Lead talent management efforts, including succession planning, training, early career programs, skill gap analysis, and talent reviews. Oversee HR operations, serving as the first point of contact for payroll, HRIS, and benefits; generate HR analytics and support recruitment initiatives. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required, or equivalent HR lieu of a degree. Minimum 5 years of HR Generalist/HRBP experience, ideally in manufacturing or related industries. Must have experience supporting engineering, early career, marketing and sales teams. Hands-on experience in employee relations, talent management, organizational development, and HR operations.
