Prospect and nurture relationships with larger named accounts, focusing on customer engagement and product adoption Manage customer follow-ups and maintain a robust pipeline against sales quotas Collaborate with the Growth team to enhance product awareness and expand market reach Guide customers through implementation plans to drive adoption and conversion to paid services Provide feedback and feature requests to Product and Engineering teams based on customer interactions What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 13 years of experience in a closing role, ideally within SaaS or IT/B2B technology companies Proven skills in new business development, including prospecting and networking Strong entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering tailored solutions and exceptional service How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
