What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Drive revenue growth by generating and closing new sales opportunities to meet annual targets

Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with the employer's objectives

Oversee the sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring efficiency and consistency

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to optimize sales tactics

Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management, tracking key sales metrics

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor's degree in a business-related field preferred

Minimum of 4 years of experience in a selling role within managed care and/or workers compensation

In-depth knowledge of selling strategies, sales psychology, and buying techniques

Strong working knowledge of the employer's products and the competitive landscape

Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience with CRM tools to manage sales activities and performance analysis

Familiarity with healthcare industry regulations and compliance requirements

Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and product development teams

Strong software skills, particularly in MS Office Suite

Previous success in achieving sales targets in a healthcare-related field
