Essential Responsibilities Sell and manage our Wal-Mart product portfolio such as Small Appliances, Room Air and Countertop Microwave product categories. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within Wal-Mart to grow sales including developing an in-store and .com sales plan and assortment. Execute and achieve all sales and margin operating plans Develop merchandising and customer program strategies to drive profitable sales across product categories Play the lead role in preparing and delivering product line review content driving the GE Appliances value story and winning new business. Serve as key customer advocate within GE Appliances for assigned customers Track and be accountable for sales metrics with available reporting and analysis tools Resolving customer issues in a timely and accurate manner Travel varies; but will be expected for sales meetings with customers as needed What You\'ll Bring to Our Team
Minimum Qualifications/Requirements Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university/college or equivalent sales experience Minimum of seven (7) years outside sales experience. Proven analytical ability and demonstrated success in sales negotiations Desired Characteristics/Qualifications Previous Appliances or National account selling sales experience Experience selling on ecommerce Marketplaces Experience in developing and implementing National Sales growth plans Proven ability to build strong relationships and work cross functionally with customers, management and peers Proficient communication, presentation, organizational and negotiation skills Motivated self-starter with a competitive drive Our Culture
