Greet and assist customers in both English and Spanish, ensuring a positive and inclusive sales experience. Guide customers through vehicle selection and purchasing based on needs, preferences, and budget. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our vehicle inventory, features, financing options, and promotions. Accurately complete all sales paperwork, documentation, and processes in compliance with dealership and regulatory standards. Stay up to date on product knowledge, dealership training, and manufacturer programs. Proactively generate new leads and follow up on opportunities through phone, email, and in-person communication. Fluent in both English and Spanish (required) 1-3 years of automotive sales is preferred Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and build rapport with diverse clientele Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment Basic computer proficiency (CRM systems, email, inventory tools, etc.) Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record Corporate Hiring Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
