Responsibilities
Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed monthly goals and performance targets. Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction. Oversee daily sales operations, including desking deals and managing CRM performance. Collaborate with finance and inventory teams to ensure smooth deal flow and accurate vehicle availability. Monitor and analyze KPIs to continually refine team performance and dealership results.

Qualifications
3+ years of automotive sales management experience in a dealership setting Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and hold a team accountable Deep understanding of the automotive sales process, from lead generation to closing deals Proficient in desking deals, managing inventory, and working closely with the F&I department Skilled in CRM platforms and desking tools Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
