for our fast-growing award-winning AI Software client in the Boston area! In this role you will be responsible for acquiring clients. The ideal candidate will have business development software sales experience as a top performer. BEST SCORE EVER RECORDED RESPONSIBILITIES: Build out and refine the outbound prospecting playbook from the ground up Identify and target key market segments and high-potential accounts Execute multi-channel outreach through cold calls, emails, and social selling Qualify inbound leads and convert them into sales opportunities Partner with leadership to develop messaging, cadences, and scalable processes Book and coordinate product demos with Account Executives Track, analyze, and optimize outbound performance metrics Document all activities and interactions in CRM for visibility and process improvement Provide feedback from the front lines to help shape GTM strategy and product positioning REQUIREMENTS: 1-3+ years of professional SaaS sales or business development experience Proven track record of top performance in outbound sales or SDR roles High energy, competitive, and self-starter mentality Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong emotional intelligence and ability to build relationships with executives and decision-makers Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a founding role and influence GTM direction Seniority level:
