Sales Development Representative (SDR)
to join our fast-growing team in Boston. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a thriving company that has rapidly scaled from
$3M to $17M ARR in the last 3 years , with
40% of our growth coming from the US
market. Our platform provides recruitment teams with every tool they need, from providing contact data, to automating outreach cadences, to integrating fully with their CRM and logging activity. You’ll be joining a high-performing, collaborative SDR team – currently
8 strong across the US , and expanding to
11

$60,000 - $65,000 ($75,000-$85,000 OTE) + Uncapped commission and accelerators Office : Fully Remote - with WeWork passes, looking to be hybrid in a permanent office in Boston next year. What You’ll Do
Prospect, identify, and engage potential customers through outbound channels (email, phone, social, etc.) Book 14 monthly qualified meetings for the Account Executive team per month Collaborate closely with marketing and sales to refine messaging and outreach strategies Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM Work toward monthly and quarterly pipeline and meeting targets About You
6–12 months of experience
