Senior Packaging Sales professional to join our team. This is a critical role that will drive our sales efforts, manage key accounts, and contribute to the growth and success of our business. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the packaging industry, a proven track record in sales, and a passion for building and nurturing relationships with clients. Base pay range

$75,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr Salary $75,000 - $100,000 per year Benefits

Identifying, developing, and managing strategic relationships with key clients in the packaging industry. Driving sales growth by implementing innovative sales strategies and promoting our range of packaging solutions. Providing exceptional customer service to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure that customer needs are met and that our products and services continually exceed expectations. Conducting market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Developing and delivering compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations. Negotiating contracts and closing deals to achieve sales targets. Providing accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management. Qualifications

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales role within the packaging industry. Proven experience in account management, with a track record of effectively managing large, complex accounts. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients. A deep understanding of the packaging industry, including knowledge of current trends and challenges. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and market research to inform sales strategies. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. A results-driven approach, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to overcome challenges and obstacles to achieve results. A commitment to providing exceptional customer service at all times. Employment type
