Base pay range
$85,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr We are seeking a detail-oriented HR and Payroll professional to manage the full spectrum of payroll operations, benefits administration, and compensation support. This role plays a key part in ensuring our people programs run smoothly, remain compliant, and deliver a positive employee experience. You will partner closely with HR, Finance, and leadership teams to provide accurate data, thoughtful analysis, and reliable service. Primary Responsibilities
Payroll Management Oversee every aspect of bi-weekly payroll, including onboarding and offboarding changes, pay rate or position updates, time-off tracking, and all related deductions such as insurance, 401(k), and garnishments. Process supplemental payments such as expense reimbursements, bonuses, and commissions. Verify accuracy of timekeeping data and collaborate with managers to resolve missing or incorrect information. Create and distribute timely payroll reports for HR, Finance, and senior leadership using ADP and Excel. Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and year-end summaries covering gross payroll, tax withholdings, benefits deductions, and vacation accruals. Ensure all pay practices and tax filings meet state, federal, and SOX compliance requirements. Maintain organized, accurate payroll and personnel records in both digital and paper files. Coordinate monthly UK payroll in partnership with an external provider. Train new managers on timekeeping policies and help identify areas for wage-and-hour training across the organization. Keep current with employment and payroll regulations to anticipate and reduce compliance risks. Benefits & Compensation Administer employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, retirement, and wellness offerings. Oversee enrollment, renewals, and terminations, and ensure employees receive clear communication about their options. Provide responsive support for employee benefits questions and work with carriers and providers to resolve issues. Benchmark our programs against market data and recommend updates to keep our benefits competitive and cost-effective. Support labor or bargaining proposals by gathering and analyzing cost data and benefit comparisons. Maintain detailed enrollment and claims records while monitoring legal and regulatory requirements. Assist Finance and HR leadership in reviewing compensation structures and incentive plans to ensure they reward performance and align with company goals. Seniority level
